Our company is committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible,  here's an overview of how our Return/Exchange policy works:

Exchanges Policy: We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, a customer is not happy with their product, they can return the item and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Return Policy: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

A $6 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount for eligible returns made within 14 days. Customers can initiate a return through the contact form below and receive a prepaid shipping label once approved.

Once a return label is issued, the item must be shipped back within 10 days. If the return is not sent within this timeframe, the return request will be canceled and the label will be voided.
